I offer spiritual readings, intuitive guidance, holistic energy work, mentorship, classes, and the Soul Seeker membership. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using my website, you agree to the Terms below.

I offer the following spiritual and holistic services:

All services are for spiritual development, personal insight, wellbeing, and self-discovery.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to receive any reading or session.

  • If under 18, you must provide verifiable parental or guardian consent.

4. Psychic Readings Policies & Legal Disclaimer (Required by Law)

All psychic, intuitive, and spiritual readings are legally required to be stated as: For entertainment purposes only.

By booking a reading with me, you understand and agree that:

  • All guidance is subject to your own interpretation.

  • My psychic readings do not substitute for:

  • medical or mental health advice

  • legal guidance

  • financial or business advice

  • You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you take based on your reading.

I am not liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or expectations arising from psychic guidance.

5. Holistic & Non-Medical Therapy Disclaimer

(Applies to Energy & Healing Realignment, Reiki work, Crystal energy work, Past Life Regression)

These methods are holistic, spiritual, and complementary practices. They:

  • do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition

  • are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

  • should not replace professional treatment or emergency assistance

  • are intended for relaxation, energetic balance, clarity, and spiritual alignment

You should continue to seek appropriate professional care where needed.

6. In-Person Services

My in-person services are for personal spiritual guidance only and are not clinical or therapeutic mental health sessions.

7. Bookings, Payments & Delivery

  • All appointments must be booked through approved methods (my website, email, or direct contact).

  • Email and telephone readings are accepted and delivered within the stated time.

  • Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Currency options depend on the platform used.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice required.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

My Cancellations

If your session is cancelled or rescheduled by me, you may:

  • reschedule without penalty, or

  • request a full refund

9. Soul Seeker Membership

  • Membership renews automatically unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel anytime through email at [email protected]

  • Refunds are not issued for partially used billing cycles.

  • Content may be updated, expanded, or adjusted as the programme evolves.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared during readings, sessions, email readings, telephone readings, mentorship, or classes is kept confidential unless:

  • required by law, or

  • there is a risk of harm or safety concern

11. Intellectual Property

All content—including teachings, mentorship materials, readings, videos, written work, graphics, digital downloads, classes, and membership content—belongs exclusively to me (The Spirit’s Way / Soul Seeker). You may not copy, share, or reproduce any content without my written permission.

12. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating:

  • abusive behaviour

  • harassment

  • inappropriate conduct

  • unethical use of information

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for decisions made as a result of my spiritual guidance.

  • I do not guarantee outcomes, predictions, timelines, or results.

  • You participate voluntarily and understand the nature of spiritual and holistic services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your region or country unless otherwise required.
